Please note: It is the employees’ responsibility to make any changes if needed. If you do not amend your salary sacrifice, your deductions will be taken based on your existing salary sacrifice request. No sacrificed monies can be backdated or refunded if the salary sacrifice agreement exceeds your childcare costs. This includes the failure to cancel your salary sacrifice contract when cancelling your place at nursery. Equally, any under payment of fees cannot be backdated to receive tax and national insurance benefits.
